"Paris Calling" is the oldest running club in
France. They currently meet in the Salle
Daviel (Théatre 13) at 23 rue Daviel, Paris 75013.The
hall is easy to find from the Metro station
"Glacière".
Hours are Monday, from 19:30 to 21:30. Level is mostly
Basic/Mainstream, but there is sometimes easy plus or other
"oldies". It's always a suprise with Roy Mann calling. The
center is closed during school holidays so call if unsure.

"Paris Calling" est le club de Square Dance le
plus ancien de France. Ils se réunissent à Paris, au
23 rue Daviel (Théatre 13), 75013 (près du

Les horaires sont les lundis, de 19:30 à 21:30. Le
niveau est surtout Basic/Mainstream, mais il y a toujours
des surprises avec Roy Mann comme caller. Vous pouvez vous
trouver avec du "Plus facile" ou avec des vieux "Calls". Le
Centre est fermé pendant les congés scolaires

An association was created towards the end of 1997 at
Cagnes sur Mer (on the French Riviera). This group has as
its goal, the promotion and assistance of events and
festivals dealing with the Country Music Festival of the
French Riviera, and the country music in the "PACA" region
(Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur). They include a group
called the "Country Dancers" who unite twice weekly to teach
and exercise Square Dance and Line Dance.
Une association "Comité de Soutien au Festival International de Country Music de la Côte d'Azur" a été créée fin 97 à Cagnes-sur Mer. Son but est la promotion et le soutien de manifestations et de festivités ayant trait au Festival de Country Music de la Côte d'Azur et à la Country Music en général au niveau PACA (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur). Elle englobe un groupe appelé "Country Dancers" qui se réunit deux fois par semaine pour pratiquer et enseigner la "Square Dance" et la "Line Dance".

The AmericanClub 78 was founded in 1978 with the intentention to relive the far west, providing music and costumed dance. It has changed in the last few years to a Line Dance & Square Dance club. They have moved from the Yvelines area of France (western distant suburbs of Paris) to Chailly (89). After about a year of getting settled, they are deeply involved in getting the Square & Line Dance activity known to the folk about 2 hours south of Paris.
L'American Club 78 c'est formé en 1978 avec l'intention de faire revivre le 'far west' américaine. Depuis quelquels années il a évolué en club de Square Dance & Line Dance.Ils ont démenagé des Yvelines en Bourgogne. Après un an d'aclimatation dans leur nouveau domaine, ils sont maintenant en plein forme pour apprendre aux Bourguignons comment danser le Square & le Line. The "Lucky Boots" meet about every other Friday for Square dancing, and every alternate Friday for Line Dancing. Tom Mackler is teaching the Square Dance lessons. There is currently no "club night" but visitors are welcome as the courses are always fun. Be sure to contact the club representatives to confirm if they are dancing Square or Line that Friday.

The Leaping Frogs have joined the Square Dance community since 21 September 2007. Situated in Neauphle le Château, (Yvelines). They dance Friday evenings 20-21h beginners (Basic/Mainstream), 21-22h Full Mainstream & Plus.
