Your final destination is the Foyer Rural de Jouars-Pontchartrain, place du Mai, 1945.

Coming from Belgium, Holland, or some parts of Germany, follow the A1 direction "Paris, Centre" untill you see the direction "Rouen". Following direction "Rouen" will put you on the ring (périphérique). Keep following the direction "Rouen" to catch the A13 and continue with the following instructions.

If you come from the west of Paris (Porte de St Cloud), take the A13, direction Rouen. Shortly after the exit for St Germain en Laye take the right hand lanes for the A12, direction St. Quentin en Yvelines / Dreux. After about 5 km. Stay to your right, take the exit direction Dreux, N12.

 

Follow the N12 about 7 km.

Take the exit for Neauphle le Chateau / Pontchartrain. Go 3/4 around the circle to cross the highway, then at the next circle, turn right. This long slope (the old national highway) will take you into Pontchartrain. As you enter the town, there is a left turn lane. Take this left turn (direction Maurepas) and continue straight towards the château gate.

At the Château, take the second right, which rises along the wall of the château property. There will be a road on your left at the top of the hill, pass it. Just before reaching the old national highway, there will be a parking on your left (OK for international transport busses.) You've reached the dance hall!.

 

If you come from Euro Disney, or other parts of Germany, you will be coming in on the A4. Follow the direction for Paris, then, direction Versailles / Dreux. You will find yourselves on the A86. After the exit Versailles, keep following direction Dreux. The A86 is renamed N12 at the level of St. Quentin en Yvelines. Keep going straight, and follow the above directions.

If you leave Paris from the south-west, follow the direction for Chartres/Orléans. The N118 takes you to the junction of the A86 at the level of Vélizy. Follow the directions Versailles/Dreux, then Dreux passing Versailles. Follow the directions above.
